As the Director of We are Community, Dina assumes multifaceted roles encompassing advocacy, project development, and cultural engagement. With a background as an Engagement Manager and Researcher, she specializes in fostering inclusive and collaborative practices, advocating for inclusion, wellbeing, and ethical principles.

In her capacity as a Cultural Manager, and Community Engagement Expert, she draws upon extensive expertise in cultural management, creative community engagement, audience development, and event production. Her focus centers on leveraging public spaces within urban environments to revitalize neighborhoods and communities through community-driven initiatives. She strongly advocates for the pivotal role of arts and cultural institutions in promoting cultural diversity and facilitating intercultural dialogue, aiming to dismantle systemic barriers hindering underprivileged and marginalized groups from accessing the arts.

Her dedication extends to advancing creative place-making, community building, and the development of public spaces conducive to enhancing health, happiness, and wellbeing.
